On October 17, 2025, in Game 4 of Group CC at the 2025 NUC Cup TV360 National Student Basketball Tournament, the women’s basketball team of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) delivered an impressive performance, defeating National Economics University (NEU) with a decisive score of 39–22.
Right from the tip-off, VNU showcased superior skill, pace, and tactical execution. With solid teamwork and confident play, the VNU players quickly took control of the game. Vu Mai Anh, Thanh Nga, and Thanh Truc were standout performers, each contributing key points and leading the team to a commanding victory.
In the second half, VNU maintained its dominance, controlling the tempo and leaving NEU with little room to respond. The final score of 39–22 highlighted VNU’s strength and consistency, reaffirming their position as one of the strongest contenders in this year’s tournament.
The 2025 NUC Cup is a national student basketball championship organized by the Ministry of Education and Training in collaboration with TV360 Sports Media Center. The tournament gathers top university teams from across the country, promoting physical training, sportsmanship, and solidarity among Vietnamese students.
