In strict adherence to this directive, the Center for Physical Education and Sports, under the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, issued Official Document No. 453/GDTC-TT-HTCC on October 15, 2024, calling for all officials, civil servants, and employees within the center to fully comply with legal regulations and the Prime Minister’s directive. The Center has emphasized the importance of adhering to Law No. 44/2019/QH14 on preventing the harmful effects of alcohol, which stresses not driving vehicles after consuming alcoholic beverages, thereby fostering a positive and exemplary image of government officials.
