These events were attended by the Party Committee, Board of Directors, and all staff and employees of the Center, demonstrating the Center’s unity, responsibility, and determination for reform.

- Conference on Reviewing the 2024–2025 Academic Year Training Work and Deploying the 2025–2026 Plan
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Son, MSc., Head of the Department of Training and Science – Technology, presented a report summarizing the results achieved in the 2024–2025 academic year: teaching targets exceeded planned goals; student and sports movements saw many positive highlights; scientific research and professional development for lecturers continued to grow. However, the report also pointed out several limitations, such as inadequate infrastructure, lack of synchronization between units, and limited student engagement in certain courses.
The discussion session was lively, with many lecturers offering direct feedback and solutions to improve training quality. Experienced lecturers shared valuable insights into renewing course content, developing sports club models, enhancing teaching skills, expanding extracurricular activities, and ensuring student health and well-being.
- Conclusion and Future Directions
At the conclusion of the two conferences, the Board of Directors agreed on five key task groups:
-
Improve teaching conduct; limit phone use during class.
-
Pilot sports club models with appropriate timelines, fostering student engagement and enhancing the extracurricular movement.
-
Add medical staff to support student training and invite expert coaches to improve instructional quality.
-
Build core sports teams from outstanding students to compete in domestic and international tournaments.
-
Finalize the technical-economic norms project and adjust tuition fees appropriately to increase revenue and move toward financial autonomy.
In his closing remarks, Dr. Nguyen Viet Hoa emphasized that the success of these two conferences laid a solid foundation for the Center to continue innovating, enhancing teaching quality, expanding the sports movement, improving working conditions for staff, and providing a better learning experience for VNU students.
